Location

They are located, on each, on the inner right and left portion of the groin. They feel like tendons, they look like tendons, but they are not tendons. In fact, they are compact, stringy muscles, and they are quite easy to locate because they are quite large.

Even though groin “tendinitis” isn’t of epidemic proportions, like other forms of tendinitis, it is intractable, especially when most professionals don’t know how to treat it.

Many patients are reluctant to divulge the cause of their “groin tendinitis”, because they are embarrassed to speak of it, due to the location.

Causes and Help

My belief is that it will develop more often as a result of inactivity rather than activity. As with other of the body’s muscles, if you don’t use them, they will stiffen, and, as usual, the age of the patient with “groin tendinitis” plays an important part.

In spite of my having said that there is no miracle treatment for tendinitis, this form comes close to being just that! Many months ago, a patient contacted me from Florida. She said she had groin tendinitis. After some communication back and forth, she purchased my book and recommended supplements.

The patient then confided she was going to the Mayo Clinic to see what else could be done for the condition. Long story short, after a barrage of expensive tests, they told her to basically “go home and do what you’ve been doing.”.

Deciding she didn’t have anything to lose, she tried my method, and followed the program. Four weeks later she was pain free!

Fortunately for her, this type of “tendinitis” is the easiest to respond to our method. So, it you have it, and are reading this, you are suffering needlessly!
