Fifty years ago no one knew much about it. However, in recent years tendinitis has become so prevalent that almost everyone knows someone who has it, has had it, or will have it.

Nationally there are about 400,000 cases of tendinitis being seen each month by the various health professionals. Notice, we said being seen, not being cured. As a result, many of those cases are repeats simply because they aren’t achieving the results they had expected.

This has led the patient down the road of frustration, disgust, and continued pain. The tendinitis patient has been visiting and re-visiting the offices of medical doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists and orthopedic specialists in the vain hope of achieving lasting results. It is difficult to say what dollar amount is being spent on temporary relief, which is all that has been available until now.

Because of the physical stresses of my chiropractic work, I suffered tendinitis myself for six and one-half years This began with tendinitis in both elbows and both shoulders 13 years ago. The pain was so severe and constant I almost quit my profession. I did receive temporary help through $2,000 worth of physical therapy over the six-and-a-half year period, which included three cortisone shots. I experimented on myself with some arm exercises, two of which initially made my right shoulder worse; I then suspended all exercises.

However, about a year and a half later I began again with a series of exercises which proved to be very helpful, including those shown here. These exercises led to total recovery. Since then I have used this system very successfully in my office with many other tendinitis victims, some of whom have suffered from it for a protracted time. (Information on these case histories (names withheld) is available on request.)

The second of eight exercises features the patient in the standing position, arm extended at shoulder level, out to the side. The arm is briskly thrust across the body, then back in the opposite direction to its fullest extent. Then back across the body again for an eight count total. I call this the “French Karate Chop.”

So whether you have tendinitis from playing tennis, golf, racquetball, or from any activity that demands over-use of the muscles and tendons, there is no longer any reason to suffer indefinitely with tendinitis. Now, there is help!

First, one should make sure that he or she is diagnosed as having tendinitis (in the elbow, shoulder, or any other location) by a health professional before deciding to enter the treatment program.

Next, obtain the “package” which includes the supplements and book from a health professional in your area. The supplements consists of three natural anti-inflammatories and one natural muscle relaxant. The book demonstrates how to find the offending tendon, and in understandable language, shows where and how to use ice, transverse friction massage, vibration, heat (but not on the tendon), and eight special exercises one of which is demonstrated here.

I am sharing this knowledge with many health professionals who are using my method for treating tendinitis. Ask your local natural health professional if he or she is one of them.
